UMB's mortgage team has a wealth of knowledge due to it being comprised of many associates who have been in the mortgage field for 10 or more years.
The mortgage operations team, in which the Mortgage Loan Processor is a part of, is vital in making sure that the mortgage process from beginning to end goes as smoothly as possible for our clients.
The Mortgage Loan Processor supports our Mortgage Loan Officers by being the one that keeps the loan process going.
They ensure that specific requirements are met to ensure compliance on all aspects of the mortgage.
The Processor is the one who has the mortgage file the longest- they do the ordering of services, analyzing of the loan, submit the loan to underwriting and gather other information as needed to prepare the loan to go to the final stage of closing.

_How you'll spend your time:

You will use analytical and problem-solving skills to identify any issues with documentation or process of the loan and create solutions to those issues.
You will use interpersonal skills to connect and support our variety of clients to achieve _the_ Unparalleled Customer Experience.
You will use organizational skills to ensure the steps in the mortgage process are completed in an effective and timely manner.

Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Have 3 years current mortgage processing experience or a combination of 3 years mortgage experience The pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is typically $39,000 to $65,000 annually.
The selected candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay for the selected candidate may be above or below this range.
The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in one or more incentive plans based on company and individual performance.
