Fulltime; 30-40 hours per week; Monday-Friday; typical schedule will be 4 days per week, but subject to change based on clinic needs.

As a provider with Ideal Option, you get the opportunity to join our fight against the opioid crisis.
You'll be helping patients through some of the lowest and darkest points of their lives.
You'll then be in a position to help patients reclaim their lives.
You'll witness firsthand the impact Ideal Option makes in communities across the nation.
Additional responsibilities include:
o Monitor patient chart activity in eCW for locking and co-signing charts by providero In office assessments of patients to determine appropriateness of office-based buprenorphine therapyo Obtain History of present illness, past medical history, current medications and allergieso Perform review of systemso Perform complete physical examinationso Establish diagnosis and develop appropriate plans for treatmento Refer patients for appropriate counselingo Daily co-sign patient chartso Induction of patients onto buprenorphineo Once assessment has been complete, often the next step is induction onto buprenorphineo Patient must be in mild to moderate withdrawals, ARNP will determine correct level of withdrawals before starting inductiono Manage gradual induction onto the appropriate dose of buprenorphineo Assess for any immediate negative side effectso Follow up and Maintenance Evaluationso Follow up recently induced patients to determine current state on buprenorphineo Perform clinical evaluations of patients on an ongoing and periodic basis to be determined by physiciano Obtain and interpret appropriate lab datao Follows appropriate guidelines and use of telehealth communications with each patient and officeRequirements
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Arkansas Nurse Practitioner LicenseActive DEA LicenseXDEA Data Waiver (required upon starting)At least one year experience practicing in Addiction Medicine.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
