Parking and Restoration Sales Specialist, Construction Systems Formula for Success:
You Will Develop new parking and restoration business through existing and potential customer base. Lead the development of customer relationships at all levels. Grow parking and restoration segment product sales through solution packages. Develop and maintain a high value business relationship with Engineering Firms, and Specialty Waterproofing and Restoration Contractors. Advance relationships and effective communications with distributor partners. Key Deliverables Dominant specification presence Number of specs generated with engineering firms - contractor-driven Project Tracking - Leads shared -- Projects Closed Sales Operating Plan development and execution Teamwork with Key Account Managers / Marketing / other Segment ManagersCreate Your Own Chemistry:

What We Look For in You Bachelor s Degree and minimum of 1
years of sales or construction-related experience OR Associate s Degree and minimum of 3
years of experience OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and minimum of 8
years of experience is required. Passion for technical knowledge & learning. Prior construction industry experience preferred. Outside sales experience preferred. Excellent selling, presentation, leadership and communication skills. Basic financial analysis skills and intermediate computer skills. Must have a valid US Driver's License. BASFRS
