Director of Compliance and Clinical Services
Director of Compliance and Clinical Services is responsible for compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, MU, ACR, and MQSA requirements and practice certifications. Qualified candidates must possess a strong working knowledge of radiology equipment, maintenance/service agreements, PACS, image coordination process, and dictation systems. This position requires an Arkansas R.T. licensure and BS/BA degree and a minimum of 5 years of staff supervisory experience in a radiology practice or department. A minimum of 3 years of experience of compliance oversight responsibility required, with certification in compliance strongly preferred. Administrative experience, working with physician committees, and professional communication and documentation skills are a strong plus for performance in this role.
