We are seeking an Account Executive to sell Bloomberg BNA's compliance research products to new and existing customers in the assigned district. The Account Executive will also develop prospecting strategies to gain and grow new business in the designated territory with the goal to meet or exceed sales quota.

Develop a sales plan for the territory
Deliver solution-based sales presentations to prospective and existing Bloomberg BNA customers
Develop new clients and referral sources through prospecting which includes online resources referrals, or other local marketing programs
Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives
Contact prospective and existing customers by phone and/or in person to obtain appointments for sales meetings
Perform post-sales calls to ensure customer awareness, satisfaction, and the proper use of Bloomberg BNA products and
3+ years' experience in solution-based business-to-business sales
Demonstrated track record of sales success with documentation supporting results
Strong prospecting skills and the ability to develop new business with small to mid-size law firms, tax and accounting firms, and large corporations
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a sales district over time
Strong presentation and communication skills
Top-notch customer relations skills
Flexibility for overnight travel, travel to Bloomberg BNA meetings, and to customer locations as needed
Bachelor's in business, marketing or equivalent sales experience
Home office adequate for planning, organizing and conducting sales calls
Valid driver's license and full use of a vehicle required for customer appointments
Availability during the core business hours of 8:30 - 5:00

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
