Work with business and IT teams to insure the strategies, applications, and associated IT projects are cohesive, integrated, and moving forward in a manageable, reportable, and measurable timeframe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain understanding of the detailed technical requirements of the program, as they are related to the applications and system software components.
Oversight on all elements of software integration for ITS subsystems.
Ensure adherence to best practices in application/software integration
Ensure that the various levels of tests cover all aspects of application/software integration
Ensure that documentation on interfacing and integration among the subsystems and external agencies are complete.
Ensure that all application/software related documentation is correct and complete.
Ensure that all subsystems meet all software related requirements like open architecture, interoperability with other providers, etc.
Ensure that the software used on the program is under strict version control and that all changes are well documented.
Ensure that the performance of the software is monitored to assure adequate performance as number of field deployment increases.
All other duties as assigned.
