Job Title: RN- ICU (13-Week Contract)
Location: Little Rock, AR
Shift Timing: Day/Evening/Night (5 x 8 hrs and 3 x 12 hrs)
Description:
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing in Little Rock, AR. We are currently offering a 13-week contract position with flexible shift options. As an ICU RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a critical care setting.
Minimum Requirements:
RN with experience in Specialty Care areas such as SICU, CCU, MICU, ICU, PACU, Cath Lab, Bronch, Emergency Department, & Stepdown within the past five (5) years.
Current ACLS Certification (SICU, IMCU, CCU, ICU, Stepdown, and Emergency Room).
Current BLS Certification.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Critical Care Nursing.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, including assessment, monitoring, and intervention for critically ill patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Administer medications, perform procedures, and maintain patient records according to established protocols.
Monitor and ensure patient safety, including responding to emergencies and providing support to patients and families.
