The CSR will serve as a mediator in a wholesale setting among the manufacturing plant and the customer.
Their role includes offering information about products/services and addressing any issues our customer accounts may encounter with precision and effectiveness.
They are patient, empathetic, and highly communicative.
The goal is to maintain outstanding service quality, swiftly address customer questions, and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities -Managing incoming/outgoing calls and emails customers and clients - Assist with bookkeeping functions - Preparing quotes, entering sales orders, acknowledging customer purchase orders, and creating invoices - Servicing inquiries from Manufacturing Facilities, Warehouses, and Distributors - Evaluating and documenting timely shipments and deliveries - Managing transportation from plant to customer - Liaising with shipping companies - Supporting sales and marketing in customer acquisition and retention - Additional duties as assigned Skills - Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative - Proficient with Excel and Word - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree is a plus Job Types:
