Revenue Cycle Specialist - Billing
Now hiring a full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist (Biller) for episodic billing at Care IV Home Health! Our Revenue Cycle Specialist will be a key part of our Finance Team and will be responsible for a variety of billing & finance support duties. This position reports to our Revenue Cycle Manager. Seeking a highly organized, friendly, and professional individual to join our excellent team. This is a full-time position requiring you to work on-site in our Little Rock office 40hrs per week MON through FRI. General office hours are 8a-5p. Join our team today!

Revenue Cycle Specialist Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Episodic and commercial home health billing follow-up.
Retrieval and review of remittance from multiple payer portals and internal clearinghouse.
Retrieval and review of home health specific eligibility information from multiple payer portals.
Creation and submission of invoices for billing.
Identify and resolve payer-specific and process-related issues effecting reimbursement.
Patient invoicing and collections.
Additional duties as assigned.
Revenue Cycle Specialist Required
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of medical billing experience required
Experience with episodic billing, preferably Medicare preferred
Home Health billing experience preferred, but not necessarily required
Excellent computer skills & written / verbal communication skills required
Ability and willingness to learn specialized software programs and portals
Highly organized with a positive, friendly team-oriented demeanor
Ability and willingness to work in our office full-time
