Ensure that EVERY guest has the best experience and understands the benefits of membershipProvide outstanding customer service Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendationsSupport clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questionsHelp grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreachFollow daily cleaning and infection control procedures to keep the clinic running smoothlyCulture & Support:
