The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the weekend shift, ensuring that all staff members are following proper protocols and providing assistance when needed.
This position requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of geriatric care, and the ability to effectively manage a team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all staff are following the facility's policies and procedures.
Provide support and guidance to staff members.
Assist with the development of individual care plans for each resident.
Provide direct care to residents as needed.
Maintain accurate records of residents' activities and progress.
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Monitor and respond to changes in residents' health status.
