Blueprint reading, schematics, carpentry, cabinet building, cabinet making and installing, trimming, wood working, interior remodeling, wooden furniture building and assembly, cabinetry, wooden products, wood molding, shaping, cutting, forming, sanding, tape up, spray, polish and buff.
MUST BE FLEXIBLE FOR ANY SHIFT PER COMPANY NEEDS.
Duties:
- Build and assemble cabinets according to specifications and blueprints - Operate woodworking machinery and tools such as saws, routers, and sanders - Install hardware, such as hinges and handles, on cabinets - Measure, cut, and shape wood components using hand or power tools - Repair or replace damaged cabinets or cabinet parts - Collaborate with other carpenters and contractors on construction projects - Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for defects
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a cabinet maker, carpenter, wood worker, or wood fabrication environment, with skill set listed above.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings - Knowledge of various woodworking techniques and materials - Familiarity with CNC machines for precision cutting and shaping - Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively Job Types:
