Experience:
o 24 months of role experience is required.
o 24 months of Oncology Unit experience is required.
o Travel experience is preferred.
o Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
o Candidates must have a Arkansas license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
o This role may require floating to additional units and locationso Candidates must live at least 100 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
o Flu vaccination required for onboarding.
Declinations not accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Additional Details:
Registered Nurse - Oncology (Certified)36 or 48 hours per week.
Must work 3 of the 6 holidays -Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day.
Must work every other weekend.

The chemo-certified RNs will only be working on our oncology units, but units will vary on staffing (E7, F7, H7)Trauma Level:
1Med/Surg.
Experience with Oncology experience highly preferred.
Certifications Preferred:
MSNC or Med/SurgDress Code Scrubs/color:
Royal blue.
Must be able to complete N95 Respiratory or CPAR training.
Floating Required:
Typically 1-2 units.
Med/Surg.
, tele (to take Med/Surg.
Assignment)Scheduling:
Float pool will be based out of the staffing office.
Travelers will get a call/text to be notified of unit they will be working for upcoming shift.
Patient Population (Diagnoses):
ESRD-Hemodialysis, Cystic Fibrosis, HIV, COPD, CHF, Liver Failure, Sepsis, Osteomyelitis, CVA.
Special Equipment:
Alaris IV pumps, Kangaroo Feeding Pumps, KCI wound Vacs, Phillips Telemetry MonitorsSpecific Procedures and Protocols:
Can take Cardizem and Amiodarone Drips.
Lasix drips along with Continuous Bi-pap.
Nurses can take progressive patients at a lower staffing ratio of 3:

Progressive care patients require nursing interventions every two hours.
