Responsibilities:
Assists with creating and posting job vacancies.
Schedules interviews.
Collects and verifies candidate information including background checks.
Administers and processes new hire paperwork.
Coordinates new hire orientation.
Maintains and processes accurate and complete HR and employee records.
Issues employee and visitor badges as needed.
Processes and maintains Workers' Compensation claims.
Maintains OSHA logs.
Greets and directs visitors.
Organizes and orders lunch for guests as requested.
Schedules and coordinates various meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for incoming guests as needed.
Assists with collecting and reporting data such as environmental, health & safety metrics Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or relevant HR and Safety software.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Basic understanding of labor laws, employment practices and safety regulations.
Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma.
Associates Degree preferred.
Two (2)
years Human Resources experience preferred.
One (1)
year safety experience preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
