Ace Signs is a national sign company and the largest sign in Arkansas.
Ideal candidate would be an individual with a background in estimating, manufacturing, construction or engineering and has strong mechanical skills.

The Estimator is responsible for completing accurate take offs for bidding projects.
The Estimator will work with project managers to set up budgets based off the bid preparation.

Duties/
Responsibilities:
Prepare complete cost estimates for project bids and jobs Perform field take offs/evaluations for estimate preparation Perform material take offs Develop trade list and sub-contractor solicitation list Evaluation of vendor and subcontractor bids.
Understand and evaluate job related documentation Assist construction personnel throughout the project life-cycle in tracking and understanding basis of cost estimate Post job completion analysis Preferred
Qualifications:
Past experience in reading blueprints is a plus Ability to read and analyze construction plans and specifications is a plus Engineering background or experience is a plus Experience as Estimator is a plus Location:
Little Rock, AR.
Full-Time, Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.
