1 IT - Senior IT Professional (EEO-1 Job Categories-United States of America) Job Profile Summary The Solutions Architect is responsible for evaluating business needs and to translate those into technology solutions by publishing contextual and conceptual architectures that are aligned with the Enterprise Architecture target blueprint and roadmap.
These solutions and conceptual architectures are at the sufficiently-detailed level needed to ensure the delivery teams are successful in their execution.
The incumbent brings alignment, awareness and understanding among IT and Business teams to deliver IT solutions to solve the business problems, and acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions.
Decisions are typically related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance.

1 General Office Worker, Sedentary, Campus Travel - Someone who normally works in an office setting or remotely and routinely travels for work within walking distance of location of primary work assignment.
EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
LICENSING/CERTIFICATION SAFe, ITIL, or TOGAF certifications preferred.
EXPERIENCE Minimum seven (7) years' Enterprise solution architecture, technical systems architecture and design (applications, infrastructure and data).
If Master's degree, minimum five (5) years' related experience.
Minimum seven (7) years' progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements.
If Master's degree, minimum five (5) years' related experience.
Minimum three (3) years' experience in cloud-based technologies, including experience with platform technologies (such as Salesforce) and CCaaS platforms required.
Minimum two (2) years' leadership experience in driving Agile teams required.
SAFe experience preferred.
