Position
Summary:
The driver is responsible for driving company vehicles to customer jobsite in a safe and timely manner in accordance with Rainey Property Management standards, policies and procedures, and in accordance with state, federal and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
Driving to a daily list of properties to handle light duties that vary by property Inspect properties by taking photos and videos Meet customers as directed by management to deliver or pick up items Meet customers or vendors to open properties Maintain communication with management team regarding any problems that arise Drive in a safe manner at all times Comply with all safety policies and procedures (fire, life & health) as required Report any injuries or damages to dispatch within 24 hours of the accident or incident Details Base pay is $16/hour with opportunity to make bonuses of over $5/hour more No experience or special skills are necessary Must have a good driving record to qualify with our insurance to drive our cars Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-5 Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
