Supervising Mental Health Professional

Fraser is seeking Qualified Supervising Mental Health Professionals (QSP's) to provide mental health assessment, partner in treatment planning, provide individual and family training, and provide staff feedback for individuals within the Fraser Autism Center of Excellence.
This position can be remote or clinic-based! Responsibilities include:
Complete Comprehensive Multidisciplinary Evaluations (CMDE) to determine medical necessity for EIDBI servicesSupport development and implementation of treatment plans for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorders or related disorders utilizing principles of behavior analysis.
This may include curriculum assessment, data collection, data analysis, task analysis, functional analysis, and goal writing.
These services are provided under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Provide ongoing documentation of behavioral services.
Provide training and consultation as assigned and appropriate to skill set.
Provide work direction to direct care staff in ABA program.
Attend clinical staff meetings and provide input on peer reviews.
Provide clinical services and documentation in such a way as to meet or exceed budgeted client service hour targets.
Attend Multidisciplinary Case Review meetings, as required for compliance standards.

Valid Minnesota driver's license with an acceptable record required.
Mental Health Professional (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW or LP) Minnesota license required, Current Physician, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), or Behavioral Pediatrician.
Have at least 2,000 hours of clinical experience and/or training in the examination and/or treatment of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or a related condition OR Have completed the equivalent in graduate-level coursework at an accredited university.
Knowledge and experience regarding cultural diversity preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
