Technical Product Owner

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated AEM Developer and Scrum Master who will take technical ownership of two digital properties developed and maintained within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.

The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of AEM (6.
1 and above), has experience managing teams in an agile development environment, and can ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Full-stack development and technical ownership of two major digital properties built on the AEM platform.
Establish and implement best practices for the design, development, and maintenance of these digital properties.
Act as the Scrum Master for the development team, ensuring a clear and proper flow of work.
Manage the agile processes, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
Identify project risks and impediments, and devise solutions to mitigate them.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and upper management about progress and roadblocks.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the development team.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AEM, web technologies, and agile methodologies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as UX/UI Design, Quality Assurance, and Business Analysis, to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards.
Job Skills:
Experience with other Adobe products such as Adobe Analytics or Adobe Target.
Prior experience in a similar role in a large-scale corporate environment.
Experience coordinating with a geographically dispersed team.
Work
Experience:
Must have solid Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Full-stack development experienceCertified Scrum Master with a proven track record managing agile teams.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and procedures.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Familiarity with modern software development tools and version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Certificates, licenses and registrations:
AEM certification (Preferred)Other:
Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
Mobility within the office including movement from floor to floor.
Travel via plane, car, and metro may be required to perform this job.
Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant.
Access information using a computer.
Effectively communicate, both up and down the management chain.
Effectively cope with stressful situations.
Strong mental acuity.
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.
