This team offers Machine Tool Solutions that fall outside of our Haas offerings and includes Box Way Lathes and Mills, Swiss Machines, VTL's, EDM's, Gun Drills, High end 5 Axis machines, grinders, and HMC's.
The Regional Product Manager is a meaningful, high-profile, significant contributor role.

Creative high performers with a passion to be individually successful while contributing to a winning team are encouraged to apply!Role SummaryAs a Regional Product Manager for the Phillips Engineered Products Team, you will develop new client relationships as well as build your own relationships within our current customer base.
This position will hold responsibility to generate and produce sales as well as educate our current customers on the various product solutions we have to offer.
Identify, evaluate, and offer the best solutions to a customer's needs Proficiency and dedication to utilizing CRM Participate in trade shows, seminars, user groups, and training sessions Develop and deliver professional proposals, product justifications, and project analysis data as required Provide territory management data:
forecast, account management documents, and activity reports to management.
Work with our Haas Sales Team Members to offer other products where Haas does not have a solution.
Job Requirements Be able to travel to customer facilities Be a self-starter and be able to work independently while still having support when needed Must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of different machining processes and solutions Work well with other Phillips team members as well as with our vendors Must be comfortable selling to Engineers, Executives, Managers, and Shop Owners Set amazing goals and strive to exceed those goals Good driving record, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel Candidate must live within the sales territory of AR, MS or western TN Have fun and close orders!Experience and Education 5 or more years of high-end machine tool sales Background as a machinist or manufacturing engineer preferred 5 Axis Sales Experience an added bonus Accredited sales training a strong plus Degree in Engineering or related technology is a plusOur Team's Product Card Includes:

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $75,000.
