Position Overview:
The Help Desk Analyst II will provide help desk support, during core business hours, incidents, and maintenance windows.
The Help Desk Analyst II will provide support for hours outside of that period to handle urgent issues or system problems as needed.
Responsibilities:
Research and resolve tickets Resolve issues that require specialized training and experience in system operations and the use of system administration tools Perform trend analysis of reported incidents in accordance with established SOPs Ensure timely resolution of incidents(in accordance with Performance Objectives) and provide detailed information into the knowledge management system Requirements:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
