Procurement Analyst / Dental Equipment Specialist

The Procurement Analyst supports dental and specialty dental clinics by responding to their requests for dental equipment support and repairs and ensuring that all requests are resolved.
The Equipment Procurement Analyst uses data, tools and resources to make recommendations on capital investments in dental equipment and to support decisions.
The Equipment Procurement Analyst builds and maintains relationships with vendors to ensure the best possible support and pricing.
Responsibilities Respond to clinic requests with a sense of urgency using critical thinking and problem solving skills to ensure clinics are operational at all times Analyze and report dental equipment spend Maintain dental equipment inventory Prioritize dental equipment for replacement based on age, volume of tickets and other contributing factors Execute capital projects and equipment replacements coordinating with the facilities manager and clinical teams to minimize any downtime Work with vendors to minimize cost and optimize our line of dental equipment Identify areas of improvement within current procurement processes Contribute to various reports and financial projections, including CAPEX budgeting and supply/equipment forecasts and spend Maintain and grow equipment vendor relations in areas of operation Analyze facility maintenance and project costs to operate most efficiently Support and lead projects as needed RequirementsQualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field Proficient in Excel or Google suite of applications Analytical and detail oriented with effective communication skills Total Rewards:
