Your Role:
In this role, you will develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide meaningful Human Resources data to drive decisions in support of Human Capital data and business objectives and provide day-to-day analytical support to the Human Resources team.
Interpret and respond to queries on various HR data reporting needs to include identifying and analyzing trends in data, provide interpretation of results and actionable insights.
Participate in any future development activities, including system upgrades and the implementation of additional applications and functionality.
Essential Job Functions:
Support day-to-day HRIS operational requests around reporting, data integrity, and ad hoc requests.
Assists in developing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of regular and ad-hoc report requests to meet management requests and needs for human resource related information to various levels.
Identify and support reporting tool enhancements including reporting solution specifications.
Research and analyze data to identify trends in data to uncover potential issues and work with the appropriate Human Resources teams to develop recommendations.
Produce impactful visualization of the insights for end user consumption.
Seek opportunities for improvement and automation of existing processes and reporting.
Maintains data integrity in HR systems by running routine queries to audit and analyze data.
Collaborate with Human Resources HRIS team and payroll end-users to define, establish and maintain up-to-date HRIS functional departmental documentation, standard operating procedures, as well as comprehensive HRIS reports library.
Participate in the design and implementation of new HRIS modules and other system enhancements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledgeable of statistical analysis and mathematical formulas.
Intermediate to Expert in Excel; fluent in financial and statistical analysis in software, charting data.
Knowledgeable of system report writer software (such as Cognos, Power BI).
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with various levels of management.
Ability to develop and present project material.
Ability to handle and work hands on with confidential data.
Demonstrate technical, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to respond to changing demands, priorities, procedures and technology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple requests at once, while delivering accurate and timely results.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
