AM & PM AvailableFull and Part-Time Positions AvailableThis posting will be used to fill multiple positionsThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a specifically trained member of the inpatient care team.
The LPN supports the on-going delivery of care and is an integral team member in the care for patients and families.
The LPN works under the direct supervision of the Clinical Services Manager (CSM) and indirectly under the direction of the RN.
Qualifications:
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program by the date of hire Temporary or Current Licensed Practical Nurse License in the State of Arkansas by the date of hire.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to accept and follow written and verbal instructions, ability to communicate following Guest Care guidelines.
CPR certification (BCLS) completed during probationary period Preferred:
2 years or more of nursing experienceEmployees in this role must be fitted for, capable of donning and performing routine tasks in personal protective equipment to include N95 masks, Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR) or Controlled Air Purifying Respirators (CAPR).

The LPN provides direct patient care to assigned patients in Medical/Surgical Unit (H9) Specializing in Solid Organ Transplantation.
This unit is a 30 bed medical/surgical adult inpatient unit serving general medical and surgical patients from adolescent age to geriatrics.
The unit specializes in the care of the adult renal and liver failure patients, solid organ transplant patients, hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients, general surgery patients, colorectal and urology patients.
H9 also cares for moderate to high acuity and progressive care patients.
Through an interdisciplinary approach, quality care is delivered to our patients using a customized primary nursing modality to meet the physical, emotional, and educational needs of both the patient and their family.
