This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, finance, or a related field.
Candidates should be high-level written and verbal communicators and have experience creating and overseeing complex data processes across multiple departments.
This position will be considered remote after an initial 90 days in the office, but must be located in Central Arkansas.
Core Responsibilities Oversee all pricing research, data analytics, and business processes Create and execute internal and external research processes to gather pricing data and market trends; organize findings efficiently to be used in analysis Create and execute data analysis process to guide pricing decisions Manage software components of software pricing system along with IT department and third party vendors Train and communicate with all levels of employees on complex data concepts simplified to the clearest message Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in economics, data analytics, finance, marketing or related field and minimum of 3 years working experience required.
Supervisory experience a plus but not required.
High level communication skills in both written and verbal forms with ability to deliver simplified messages adjusted to various audiences Excellent technical aptitude with ability to learn new software platforms quickly; knowledge of order entry systems, database systems, and Microsoft products Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and effectively cope with complexity and change Strong organizational skills to plan, organize, schedule, and budget for continually changing key outcomes Benefits and CultureDarragh is a fourth-generation, family-owned and operated company with an emphasis on career development and a family atmosphere.
