Accounts Reconcilation Analyst II

Little Rock, AR Little Rock, AR Full-time Full-time BS in Business or similar course of study preferred.
Minimum 3 years medical office or hospital experience.
This position maintains billing and outstanding billing reports as assigned by management.
The process includes correction to claims that have errors and working with and reporting these to the appropriate clinic for corrective action.
Responsible for reviewing correspondence relating to aged accounts for resolution.
Follow up on billed claims with insurance companies on line, by phone, and through correspondence.
Responsible to see that claims are paid timely and report denials to Director.
Must be able to trend and resolve denied or delayed claims.
Must be able to calculate expected reimbursement based on contract management and pursue underpayments.
Must be able to communicate with insurance companies and patients when needed.
Must be able to multi-task and complete special projects as assigned.
Hybrid-Remote.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
