ICU Stepdown nurses are skilled in assessing and treating acutely ill patients.
They provide care to patients who do not require treatment in the critical care areas, but whose conditions need constant observation and monitoring.
A stepdown nurse involves the care of patients who require close monitoring and frequent assessments.
You will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of patient care according to specific orders of each patient's individual physicians.
This will involve utilizing your knowledge and skill set to educate patients and their families.
Responsibilities A Progressive care nurse involves the care of patients who require close monitoring and frequent assessments.
You will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of patient care according to specific orders of each patient's individual physicians.

We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Registered Nurses with excellent clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
It is also important to display superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively educate patients and their families on the in-home healthcare process.
