The Business Development Manager is a sales and goal-oriented individual who is responsible for driving and developing new and existing customer partnerships, within an assigned territory.
This position will drive increased profitability by obtaining new business opportunities with new or existing customers.

Responsibilities:
Effectively research and prospect market and develop target client lists Generate, follow up, and close new business leads through face-to-face and telephone sales calls, and setting appointments with prospective clients Evaluate/assess client locations for safety using required documents & upload into CRM system Operating with a sense of urgency and our partnership approach, assess client's staffing needs and communicate effective workforce solutions Prepare, create and deliver effective, high quality sales presentations Update and maintain notes in CRM System with prospect and client information, and sales activities Accountable for meeting/exceeding budgeted sales and growth goals Establish brand recognition within your territory and surrounding areas through networking, attending and participating in various community and association events Remain informed on new products and other general information of interest to customers Embrace a team approach by communicating often and working closely with branch operations to ensure your success and the success of our clients, employees, and the team Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, prospects, vendors, industry contacts, and community leaders to enhance the presence of BelFlex within your clients and your market Utilize technology and best practices to operate efficiently and within BelFlex's processes and procedures Maintain communication with functional area leadership to ensure that proposals accurately represent each leader's requirements Communicate sensitive information to senior leadership and employees Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Experience in the sales and staffing industry, minimum of two years of sales.
Minimum of one year business development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
