Summary:
Property & Casualty Claims Analyst conducts meticulous claim investigations while handling the reporting of Property, Auto Liability, General Liability and patient missing belongings claims, collecting of incident information via internal and external reports, coordination with security and other departments for documentation, video, photos of damages.
Maintains electronic records of correspondence with vendors and attorneys, and any communication with claimants.
Maintains audit readiness of claim files at all times, documentation of receipt of acknowledgement, settlement, open/closure, denial letters, and any notices of reservation of rights with proper notification to Manager of Insurance, Lead Claim Analyst and Director of Risk Management.
Other information:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business administration/management preferred.
State of Arkansas Multi-Line Insurance Adjuster License required.
Minimum five (5) years of multi-line claims experience required.
Associate in Claims Management (AIC-M) Designation preferred.
Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and insurance based RMIS systems.
Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple demands and deadlines simultaneously.
Proven written and verbal communication abilities with emphasis on problem solving and data analysis.
Ability to communicate and manage expectations of both internal and external customers.
This job will be authorized 80.
00 hours bi-weekly.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
