Overview Under the direction of the Director of Marketing Operations, this position is responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns across all Enterprise product and service lines globally. Collaborates and consults with all segments to plan and execute programs that include emails, events, digital, automation, and lead scoring. Works in collaboration with members in Marketing, Business Development, Operations and Product P&Ls to improve processes and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Responsibilities Recommends, plans, and oversees execution of marketing campaigns across the Enterprise to acquire leads, generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and drive transactional purchases of eCommerce products. Contributes to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and develops program plan documents that articulate details such as objectives, target audience, key message, project plans, initiatives, program sequencing, metrics and opportunities. Represents Marketing in collaboration meetings pertaining to Salesforce.com, Sitecore, Marketo, and other technical and data discussions. Represents Marketing with stakeholders throughout the Enterprise, communicating and explaining ongoing marketing program performance and results. Collaborates with segment marketing leaders to educate on best practices, operational efficiency, and automation while building solutions to campaign execution and measurement requests. Provides customer analysis, results reporting, data mining, and client information to support data-driven marketing programs. Develops marketing systems to improve customer engagement, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Train marketing staff on all aspects required for successful marketing operations planning and execution of programs. Includes but not limited to use of Salesforce.com to manage campaigns, marketing automation concepts and tools, marketing program design, email design and execution, lead nurturing, and direct contact (live at events, phone, email) with prospects and customers. Participates in other initiatives to support the efforts of the Marketing Operations team. Qualifications Familiarity with the healthcare industry a plus. International experience a plus. Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to give persuasive presentations to Enterprise Leadership Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, marketing, or communications. MBA a plus. Minimum of five years of progressive experience in marketing. Minimum of three years in an operational marketing role. At least three years of experience using a marketing automation platform and managing marketing performance in a CRM. Able to train and coach marketers new to marketing automation. Experience or certification in Marketo and/or Salesforce.com a plus Possesses advanced knowledge of digital and marketing automation program best practices. Able to train experienced marketing staff. Able to communicate demand generation strategy and techniques to non-marketing internal stakeholders. Leadership skills demonstrated by the ability to motivate and influence work teams. Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability. Ability to manage day to day projects with external vendors and can hold them accountable. Anticipated travel requirements (up to 10%)
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Communications & PR, Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
